Higher Protein Buster Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Coconut Milk Yogurt, any yogurt works here
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Trail Mix Nut & Seed Butter - NuttZo
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Vanilla Plant-Based Protein - Further Food

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Vanilla Stevia Drops - SweetLeaf, or maple syrup to taste
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Peanuts
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups 100% Cacao Organic Vegan Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk) - Pascha Chocolate Co.

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl combine yogurt, protein, peanut butter, vanilla and sweetener of choice and mix well
- With a cookie scoop or spoon add about 2 tbsp of the yogurt mixture to a parchment lined baking sheet
- Repeat until the yogurt mixture is used
- Top with peanuts or some peanut butter and freeze for 2-3 hrs or overnight (until yogurt is fully frozen)
- Once the yogurt is set melt the chocolate and coconut oil
- Dip each yogurt round into the chocolate and top with flaky sea salt
- Can be stored in the fridge or freezer
Notes
If you like your bars solid store in the freezer but if you enjoy the soft texture of yogurt store in the fridge for a creamy consistency
