3 Ingredient Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
This is such a good and delicious crockpot chicken! I love the versatility of it! I like to turn it into a hearty buffalo chicken bowl, but it’s great on sliders or stuffed into a loaded baked potato.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Chicken Breast - Bachman Family Farms

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Dairy-Free Buffalo Sauce - Primal Kitchen, Or your favorite brand
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate, I used one packet. You can substitute for your favorite ranch seasoning pouch

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Water, You can substitute for chicken broth as well

- 1. Place your chicken in the crockpot.
- 2. Pour ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce and water into the crockpot.
- 3. Slow cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Shred and enjoy!
Notes
This is honestly so flavorful and easy to customize. It’s a hit in my house and hope it is in yours as well. For the bowls, I used good farro, some roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes, and a simple homemade coleslaw. I assembled everything and topped with more buffalo sauce. It would be delicious with blue cheese or feta crumbled on top as well!
