This is such a good and delicious crockpot chicken! I love the versatility of it! I like to turn it into a hearty buffalo chicken bowl, but it’s great on sliders or stuffed into a loaded baked potato.

  2. 2. Pour ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce and water into the crockpot.

Notes

This is honestly so flavorful and easy to customize. It’s a hit in my house and hope it is in yours as well. For the bowls, I used good farro, some roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes, and a simple homemade coleslaw. I assembled everything and topped with more buffalo sauce. It would be delicious with blue cheese or feta crumbled on top as well!
