  2. In a blender, add your bananas, carrots. Zucchini, avocado, maple syrup, and milk. Blend together until creamy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix together. Pour in the veggie mixture. Mix together. Pour into a mini muffin pan.
  4. Place muffin pan in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
