Mini Chocolate Veggie Muffins
These mini chocolate muffins have all kinds of hidden nutrients for your kids. There are 2 different vegetables in them, plus, a ton of healthy fats! They will love these!

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Cocoa Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a blender, add your bananas, carrots. Zucchini, avocado, maple syrup, and milk. Blend together until creamy.
- In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix together. Pour in the veggie mixture. Mix together. Pour into a mini muffin pan.
- Place muffin pan in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
