This smoothie is a power house. It’s filled with all kinds of nutrient dense foods that are so good for your growing baby. I love to give Emmie this bottle if she’s been in a snacky mood. We love it!
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Baby Spinach
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Banana
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Avocado
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Process
