Pistachio Affogato
A twist on the old time classic Italian affogato!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Espresso, (I used Favuzzi brand)

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pistachios, Raw, (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pistachio Cream

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a small plate, add Favuzzi pistachio cream in a circular form
- Rim your choice of cup with the pistachio cream, set aside
- To another small plate, add crushed pistachios and rim the same cup with them, set aside
- Add vanilla ice cream scoops to the same cup, and set aside
- To another cup, brew your espresso
- Top off the ice cream with the espresso
- Garnish with additional crushed pistachios and enjoy immediately
