- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cotija Cheese, Crumbled (save a little for the top)
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Or lime
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Or lime
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Garlic, Clove. Pressed.

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
