Homemade Hot Pockets
This is such an easy meal that you can make so much healthier at home. The kids love these and so does my husband. They make for an easy weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
- 8 pieces8 pieces8 pieces Puff Pastry
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Chicken Tenders

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mozzarella, Shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- On a baking sheet, add a sheet of parchment paper.
- Lay out your puff pastry. Cut into 8 rectangle pieces.
- Chop your chicken tenders. You can use any cooked chicken, but we voted on breaded tenders.
- On half of the puff pastry sheet, add some marinara, the chicken, then cheese. Fold the other half on top and score the puff pastry to close it off.
- Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy!
Notes
I ran out of puff pastry, so got this one, I used phyllo dough and it worked just as good!
