3 Ingredient High Protein Dip
This dip is what every toddler needs for the in between lunch and dinner. It’s perfect, it’s sweet and it delicious. It pairs well with pretzels, fruit or even graham crackers. I think your kids will love it!
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Whipped Cream
Process

- In an immersion blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend it until it gets to be a little more thick.
- Pour into your serving bowl, serve chilled.
- Mix in sprinkles, chocolate chips, anything your kids want!
