Mother’s Day 2022

Hi Friends,

We’re a week away from Mother’s Day and I thought it might be a good time to share some of our favorite Mother’s Day Brunch recipes with you.

In our house, Mother’s Day is one of the most important days of the year. Having been in the delivery room for the births of both of our children, I take this holiday VERY seriously. And while I didn’t go overboard on the gifts this year, I plan to give Hayley a weekend of relaxation; as much as one can provide, having a 2 month old and a toddler.

These brunch recipes below will give you a great selection of things you can make whether your celebration is small or large. As always, you can find all of our best recipes on FoodSocial – an amazing new recipe creator platform we helped create!

Have a great weekend!

With the holidays come many opportunities for brunch with family and friends. When it comes to feeding a crowd, you need a few recipe options that are hearty and easy to make. These “Weekend Potatoes” are just that: Sheet pan home fries that are easy to make and can feed a crowd!
Apple Coffee Cake

This delicious and moist Apple Coffee Cake is the perfect weekend treat for fall, when apples are in season and the air is crisp. The crumble topping adds just the right amount of sweetness to make this coffee cake feel like a treat.
Gluten-free Banana Pancakes

These delicious and fluffy pancakes are easy to whip up in your blender, and make the perfect addition to your family brunch. They are sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Legit Challah French Toast

This is absolutely the most decadent grain-free French Toast recipe we’ve ever tried. I first saw this technique shared by Melissa Clark of the NYT cooking. It’s more of a dessert than a breakfast food, and is perfect for any special occasion!
Cookie Dough Pancakes

Can’t decide between having pancakes and chocolate chip cookies for breakfast? Now you don’t have to! Soft and fluffy pancakes with little morsels of chocolate chip cookies baked into them is the best of both worlds.
Aunt Justi’s Breakfast Quiche

Hayley’s Aunt Justine makes variations on Breakfast Quiche for many family brunches. This staple dish easily feeds a crowd, and can be adapted with a variety of flavors. Perfect for a Mother’s or Father’s Day Brunch!
