Cranberry, Walnut & Spicy Maple Baked Brie (EASY!)
Looking for a super easy and delicious cheese pull moment? Look no further than my cranberry and walnut-baked brie with spicy maple. This appetizer will surely have any guest impressed and returning for fourths.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Brie Cheese, (380g, I used the Kirkland brand)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Walnuts, crushed

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dried Cranberries, Organic
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Spicy Maple Syrup, (I used Zoë Olive Oil brand)

- 2 sprig2 sprig2 sprig Rosemary, Fresh, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 F
- Cut the brie with a knife
- Place the brie in a baking dish or brie baking dish
- Cover your brie with walnuts, cranberries, and maple syrup
- Place the fresh rosemary on top and cover the lid of the dish (or wrap aluminum foil over it if you don't have a lid)
- Bake for about 15 minutes (or until the cheese is melted)
- Remove from the oven, discover and enjoy!
- *Don't forget to buy your choice of crackers to go with the Brie!*
Notes
If you're serving more than five people, I suggest getting a bigger brie and altering the quantity of the toppings.
