Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add farro, cucumber, red onion, peppers, cherry tomatoes and chickpeas to a bowl
  2. Combine olive oil, white balsamic, seasonings and lemon juice to another bowl
  3. Fry Halloumi cheese slices on a pan with neutral oil (about 5min per side)
  4. Chop Halloumi cheese into small cubes
  5. Combine all ingredients into one bowl
  6. Serve cold and enjoy!
