2-Ingredient Fruit Dip
Rich in flavor like a cheesecake, but satiny smooth like a bowl of pudding, this quick and easy dip is a party fruit platter and snack tray favorite.
Ingredients
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat (Daisy's, Breaakstone's, or Tilamook)
- 3 oz3 oz3 oz Vanilla Pudding, cook and serve vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
- Strawberries, cookies and crackers, variety of fresh fruit
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whisk pudding and sour cream together for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to blend flavors and for better consistency.
- Serving suggestion: Serve with fresh fruit, vanilla wafers, and graham crackers.
Notes
Wash and prep the fruit you plan on serving with this dip while it sets in the fridge. The longer this fruit dip sits, the better it gets. If you plan on serving it at a party, I suggest doubling the recipe!
