2-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
You’re craving chocolate cake but don’t have the time, or feel like, making one and waiting for it to bake and cool. This 2-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake is prepped and baked in the microwave in literally 2 minutes and satisfies all those chocolate cake cravings in an instant! So delish and so simple. The kiddos love these too!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Water
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Chocolate Cake Mix, (one that contains wheat)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Canned Coconut Whipped Topping, as garnish, optional
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, as garnish, optional

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1.) Add chocolate chips to microwave-safe mug or ramekin.
- 2 ) Add water.
- 3.) Add boxed cake mix; whisk to thoroughly combine with fork.
- 4.) Microwave for 50 seconds at full power.
- 5.) Allow to cool slightly; top with dairy-free whipped cream and chocolate chips, if desired.
