5-ingredient Creamy Dill Dip (Edit recipe)

This 5-ingredient Creamy Dill Dip is the perfect accompaniment to fresh veggies and your favorite chips. All you need is 1 bowl, 5 mins of your time and 5 ingredients - Sour cream, Mayonnaise, Fresh dill, Garlic powder and Salt. It's creamy, refreshing and flavorful. If you are looking for a lighter version, simply swap Sour Cream + Mayo with full-fat Greek Yogurt. Some lemon zest and freshly cracked black pepper also makes a great addition to this dip. This dip also makes a great accompaniment to grilled meats and I love adding a spoonful of it to my Grilled Chicken bowls.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least 30 mins allowing the flavors time to blend.
  2. Serve with your favorite Pita chips, crackers and fresh veggies (cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers, carrots, etc.). Enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you can't get your hands on fresh dill, substitute 2 tbsp Fresh dill with 1 tbsp dried dill weed.
  2. To make this dip vegan or dairy-free, simply swap sour cream with a sour cream alternative such as the one from Kite Hill and use a Vegan Mayo.
