It is finally winter in Hawai’i - soup season is on! Using the cassava flour pasta helps make this dish creamy and comforting. This is such a classic chicken, vegetables, and stars soup. But, upgraded to be healthier, lower inflammation, and loaded with nutrients. You’ll love it.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a Dutch oven cook the chicken in oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add vegetables and seasonings. Stir and cook for 8-10 minutes stirring periodically.
  3. Add the broths and pasta. Stir and let cook about 10 minutes. Stir periodically.
  4. Check pasta to ensure it is soft, if not cook another 1-2 minutes.

You can add other vegetables like zucchini, green onion, or fennel.
