Air fryer “Pizza Flavored” Chicken Breast (Gluten Free)
What if I told you this chicken smells and tastes like pizza, maybe even better! Whenever I make this chicken, my husband and son always come running to the kitchen asking if i am making pizza! For my gluten free peeps, this is a great alternative when the family is having pizza night and it's high protein! The best part is that it comes together really quickly! Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Chicken Breast
- 1.5 oz1.5 oz1.5 oz Goat Cheese
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Bell Pepper, chopped
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp dried Oregano

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Optional but recommended prep step - Brine the chicken breast for at least 30 mins. You can wet brine it in a salt and water solution or dry brine it by seasoning it with salt and letting it rest in a refrigerator. This makes the chicken so much juicer
- Get the filling mix ready. Mix goat cheese, chopped sun dried tomatoes , bell pepper and oregano or any other herb of choice
- Pat dry the chicken and lightly pound the chicken on a cutting board.
- Season with pepper (and salt if you did not brine). Make 3-4 slits in the breast.
- Stuff these slits with the cheese filling. Sprinkle with paprika for a beautiful color
- Preheat air fryer at 350F . Add in the 2 chicken breasts and let it cook for 10-12 mins. Flip over mid way.
- You can use a meat thermometer to check for doneness or check visually to make sure the meat is cooked at the thickest part. Do not overcook as the chicken will get dry
