The flavors of fall all wrapped up in a cute little donut pop. Fun and easy to make, great to get the kids involved in the mess of rolling the pops in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix flours, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix eggs, oil, apple sauce, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl.
  3. Pour liquid mix into the dry mix and stir until combined. Let sit for 1-2 minutes to thicken up.
  4. Put a drop of oil in each donut pop reservoir and turn on to heat up. When machine is hot spoon about 1 ½ tsp of batter into each reservoir and close the lid. Let cook for 4-5 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Immediately roll each donut pop in the sugar mix. The sugar will stick better when warm. Enjoy
