Just when you guys fell in love with my peach cobbler, well, I think you'll love this Apple Cobbler even more. Fall has commenced and I am sharing this sweet dessert that will quickly become a family favourite. It's super simple to make and devour this in seconds.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pre heat oven to 350F.
  2. Wash your apples well, peeling is optional and slice.
  3. Place in your baking dish(10.5 x 7.5 or 9x13), then add your sugars, spices, lemon juice, zest, salt and corn starch.
  4. Mix well.
  5. In a bowl, add your sugars, salt, flour, & baking powder, then mix.
  6. Add in your cold butter and press into mixture.
  7. You can also save some time by placing it in a food processor.
  8. Once mixture comes together, add in your boiling water.
  9. Dough should look like a thick paste when you’ve mixed everything together.
  10. Dollop your mixture on top of your apples.
  11. You can spread cobbler dough or just leave it in chunks.
  12. Bake at 350F for 30 mins or until golden brown.
