Such a fun spin on chili! Serve over some basmati rice to make it a complete meal. Easy, comforting, and so nutritious!

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Add sesame oil to a medium-sized Dutch oven over medium heat
  3. Once the oil is hot add the stew meat
  4. Brown on all sides
  5. Add onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, pepper, and five-spice
  6. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant
  7. Add cabbage, broth, vinegar, tamari, tomatoes, sugar, and mix well
  8. Cover and bake at 350° for 3 1/2 hrs
  9. Serve over basmati rice and top with green onions and cilantro
  10. Enjoy!!
