Avocado Fries
Yep, you read the title right. I just created one of the most delicious recipes all-time by combining two of my favorite things: avocados and french fries. You’ve got to make these - perfectly crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside just like a french fry. I can’t wait for you to try them because they are on another level!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Avocado
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Hot Sauce

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Chipotle Powder, 1-2 tsp
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1-2 tsp

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cumin, Ground, 1/2-2 tsp

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Paprika, 1-2 tsp

- Salt and Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Slice avocados into wedges (about 6-8 per whole avocado) and set aside.
- Prepare dredging station in 3 seperate bowls for each of the following: one with flour + seasoning, one with egg wash and hot sauce and one with bread crumbs with seasoning.
- Coat each avocado wedge with flour, then the egg wash and finish with the breadcrumbs.
- Evenly place the wedges in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 375 degrees F.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce, I chose a spicy aioli.
