Air Fryer Avocado Nuggets
That's right! Whether you're already an avocado lover, OR you're not in love them with, but trying to reap their benefits, these avocado nuggets are perfect for you! Crispy on the outside, and paired with the most delicious Cilantro Cream Sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, Ripe but firm
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Or Pork Rind Crumbs OR finely crushed crackers
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Garlic Salt
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Sub any plain yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime Juice, Juice from 1 lime
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Cilantro
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Garlic, 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

- Combine almond flour, pork rind crumbs, spices in a bowl and egg in another. Cut your avocado into chunks. Dip in egg mixture then the spice mix. Place in air fryer. Spray with avocado oil spray on the top and air fry at 390 7-8 minutes until tops are golden and crispy
- Let cool while you add all cream sauce ingredients to a processor and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
