Bagel Chips
- 333 Plain Bagels - Canyon Bakehouse, or any gluten-free bagels
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Kosher Salt

Dip
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), sliced

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Hot Honey Salmon - Honey Smoked Fish Co., or original salmon

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 375.
- Slice the bagels in half as you would to make a sandwich, and then slice those bagel halves into eighths.
- Toss them in a bowl with the avocado oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and kosher salt.
- Place on a baking sheet and toast at 375F for ten minutes on each side, or until crispy and browned.
- Allow them to cool completely before serving.
- In a large bowl or standing mixer, whip together the cream cheese and sour cream.
- Next, mix in the spices, seasoning, and scallions. Lastly on low, whip the salmon into the dip.
- Check for seasonings (it should taste like an everything bagel in creamy form).
- Serve the chips and dip together, or spread the dip on toast, bagels, or even latkes.
