Baked S’moreos
Ooey Gooey Chocolatey Baked Oreo and Smores Mash-up
Ingredients
- 24 whole24 whole24 whole Gluten Free Oreo
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Plant Based Butter, Melted
- .75 cups.75 cups.75 cups Dark Chocolate Chips, Dairy-free
- 24 whole24 whole24 whole Marshmallows (gluten-free)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Line Oreos on a Sheet Pan.
- Pour the melted dairy-free or plant-based butter/margarine over the cookies evenly.
- Sprinkle allergen-free chocolate chips evenly over each cookie.
- Put an allergy-free marshmallow on its side on top of each cookie, this will help prevent the marshmallows from falling off the chocolate and cookies as they expand during baking.
- Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate chips appear to be melted.
- Allow to cool to touch and serve. THEN, DIG IN!!!!
