  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Line Oreos on a Sheet Pan.
  3. Pour the melted dairy-free or plant-based butter/margarine over the cookies evenly.
  4. Sprinkle allergen-free chocolate chips evenly over each cookie.
  5. Put an allergy-free marshmallow on its side on top of each cookie, this will help prevent the marshmallows from falling off the chocolate and cookies as they expand during baking.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate chips appear to be melted.
  7. Allow to cool to touch and serve. THEN, DIG IN!!!!
