Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. ombine baklava spread ingredients in a mini food processor and blend about until sticky but not perfectly smooth
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, yogurt, and vanilla
  3. Add in the flours, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fold together
  4. Let sit and rest while heating up skillet
  5. Add butter or oil if needed* to skillet over medium heat
  6. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter
  7. Layer pancakes with baklava spread and top with maple syrup or honey

*i used my Caraway pan that does not need oil, if you want, add some to sauté the leek.
