Banana Oatmeal Bars (only 4 ingredients!)
This recipe is so quick & easy to toss together. I love to grab one of these bars for a quick snack or sweet fix. I often have one tossed into a yogurt bowl for a complete breakfast full of protein!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, mashed
- 0.5 cups0.5 cups0.5 cups Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 0.25 cups0.25 cups0.25 cups Collagen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips, optional

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees & prep an 8x8 baking dish. Mix together bananas and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in oats, collagen and chocolate chips, if using. Spread batter into pan & bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool, then slice into bars!
