This recipe is so quick & easy to toss together. I love to grab one of these bars for a quick snack or sweet fix. I often have one tossed into a yogurt bowl for a complete breakfast full of protein!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees & prep an 8x8 baking dish. Mix together bananas and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in oats, collagen and chocolate chips, if using. Spread batter into pan & bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool, then slice into bars!
