Give those spotty bananas life with this PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SNACK CAKE. This is gluten free, refined sugar free, and may or may not be the cake I make for myself for my birthday. Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix wet ingredients together and then add in dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  2. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
  3. Mix everything together for your frosting and wait until the cake has cooled fully before frosting.
  4. Store in fridge and let come to room temp before enjoying.
