Banana Snickers Bites
These banana snickers bites will be your new favourite snack! They are a quick no bake snack you can whip up and keep in the freezer whenever you need something to hold you over between meals. They are great to have as a snack because they're packed with protein powder! Plus, the combination of bananas, nuts, and chocolate is probably one of the most delicious food combinations ever.

Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, (halved lengthwise and again in half horizontally)
- 5 Tbsp5 Tbsp5 Tbsp Vegan Protein Powder, Good Protein Creamy Vanilla protein powder - 1 full scoop

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Peanut Butter

- maple syrupmaple syrup
- Crushed cashewsCrushed cashews

- Cut your banana in half, then cut again lengthwise. Set aside on a parchment-lined tray.
- In a small bowl, mix together protein powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until a thick mixture forms.
- Spread the peanut butter protein mixture on top of your banana slice.
- Sprinkle with some crushed cashews, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Place in the freezer to harden for 15-20 minutes.
