Ingredients

  • 2 whole Banana, (halved lengthwise and again in half horizontally)
  • 5 Tbsp Vegan Protein Powder, Good Protein Creamy Vanilla protein powder - 1 full scoop
  • .25 cup Peanut Butter
  • maple syrupmaple syrup
  • Crushed cashewsCrushed cashews
  • Melted chocolateMelted chocolate

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cut your banana in half, then cut again lengthwise. Set aside on a parchment-lined tray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together protein powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until a thick mixture forms.
  3. Spread the peanut butter protein mixture on top of your banana slice.
  4. Sprinkle with some crushed cashews, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Place in the freezer to harden for 15-20 minutes.
