Snickers Banana Bites
These 5 ingredient bite-sized banana bites will be your new go-to whenever you need something sweet! When bananas are frozen, they have a magical way of becoming creamy like ice cream. Topped with peanut butter and chocolate, we finished these babies off with peanuts for a Snickers touch.
Ingredients
- 111 Banana, peeled and cut into 1" thick pieces
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, not too oily otherwise it won't get a thick consistency
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Baking Chocolate Chips
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Coconut Oil
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanuts, chopped

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay your banana coins on the parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, add a dollop of peanut butter on top. Insert a toothpick into the center and freeze while you prepare the chocolate.
- In a small bowl, melt your chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Dip your banana coin into the chocolate and swirl around. Place on the parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Repeat for the rest of the banana pieces.
- Freeze for 15+ minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
