Beef Bool Kogi Fried Rice Bowl
Have you tried Trader Joeās beef bool kogi yet?! I made a fried rice bowl with it and itās like a flavor explosion in your mouth š¤Æ. Imagine savory fried rice, crisp green beans, a runny egg, tangy kimchi, and tender beef bulgogi all in one bowl š. Itās the perfect balance of salty, spicy, and umami, and I canāt get enough of it. Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Bool Kogi - Trader Joe's
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Green Beans
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Vegetable Fried Rice - Trader Joe's
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Kimchi
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook the green beans according to the package or however you want.
- Cook the ābool kogiā in the air fryer at 400 F for 16-20 min, flipping halfway or until itās fully cooked and the edges are charred. If you can grill it, definitely do that!
- Cook the fried rice according to the package.
- Make a fried egg.
- Assemble the bowl by layering the fried rice, beef, green beans, kimchi, and fried egg. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
Notes
If you want a healthier take on this one, swap the fried rice for hearts of palm rice.
