Berry βNβ Yogurt Popsicles
THREE INGREDIENT π΅ππππ βπ©β π΄πππππ ππ¨π©π¬π’ππ₯ππ¬ π. These RED, WHITE, and BLUEberry creamsicles are a great snacktivity to make with the kids, and also a healthy treat for Memorial Day/Fourth of July!
π These can be made dairy free (depending on the yogurt used)β¦ perfect for those warm summer days!
Ingredients
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Blueberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raspberries, Organic
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Strawberries

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Taste before adding berries. If you prefer sweeter, add more maple syrup.
- 2. Mix berries into the yogurt mixture. Spoon into your popsicle molds and bang them down so the yogurt fills every crevice. Snap on your popsicle stick.
- 3. Freeze for 8 hours or until hardened. Enjoy!
