Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Grab an 8-10 inch seasoned cast iron pan(or a large round oven safe dish).
  3. Combine all of the Bianca cheese dip ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  4. Divide your pizza dough into segments 65-70 g a piece.
  5. Form into a ball and line outside wall of your oiled and seasoned cast iron pan.
  6. Pour cheese dip in the middle of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown(and the rolls have a 200ºF internal temp).
  8. Remove from oven and brush the top of rolls with garlic butter.
  9. SERVE IMMEDIATELY! ENJOY!

Notes

You can make this recipe without a food processor, but you will need to blend really well by hand so it's pretty smooth! PIZZA DOUGH- I only make this recipe with my sourdough pizza dough recipe. I know it will work just find with a yeast recipe, but I have no tried it out. I will leave the link below to my personal sourdough pizza dough recipe that is on my website!
