White herb and cheese dip baked with sourdough rolls!
Ingredients
Cheese Sauce Bianca
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Feta Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Ricotta
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Butter, Salted, melted

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Parsley, minced

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Horseradish

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Real Salt - Redmond, (maybe 1/2 tsp more if you like salty)
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

- 20 oz20 oz20 oz Pizza Dough, SEE NOTES

Garlic Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Salted, melted

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Italian Seasoning

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Real Salt - Redmond

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat oven to 400ºF.
- Grab an 8-10 inch seasoned cast iron pan(or a large round oven safe dish).
- Combine all of the Bianca cheese dip ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Divide your pizza dough into segments 65-70 g a piece.
- Form into a ball and line outside wall of your oiled and seasoned cast iron pan.
- Pour cheese dip in the middle of the rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown(and the rolls have a 200ºF internal temp).
- Remove from oven and brush the top of rolls with garlic butter.
- SERVE IMMEDIATELY! ENJOY!
Notes
You can make this recipe without a food processor, but you will need to blend really well by hand so it's pretty smooth! PIZZA DOUGH- I only make this recipe with my sourdough pizza dough recipe. I know it will work just find with a yeast recipe, but I have no tried it out. I will leave the link below to my personal sourdough pizza dough recipe that is on my website!
