Birria Sliders
Savory, delicious sliders filled with birria flavors, made easy using our Birria Bomb!
Ingredients
- 111 Birria Bomb - EZ Bombs
- 4 lb4 lb4 lb Beef Chuck Roast, or protein of choice
- Hawaiian Rolls, cut in half
- White Cheddar Cheese, or cheese of choice
- Cilantro, chopped
- Onion, chopped
- Jalapeño Pepper, chopped
- Butter, Unsalted
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add the birria bomb and 4 cups of water to an Instant Pot. Cook the meat on pressure cook for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- Once the meat is cooked, shred it and separate it from the consomme.
- lace the Hawaiian bread halves on a surface and layer with cheese, the shredded birria meat, more cheese, cilantro, onions, and jalapeños.
- Melt butter on top of the assembled sliders.
- Place the sliders in an air fryer and cook at 400°F for about 4 minutes.
- Cut the cooked sliders into pieces and serve with the reserved consomme.
