- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Lemon Extract
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon Zest
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Dried Blueberries, Unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Butter, Organic
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lemon Zest

- Mix all dough ingredients together until smooth
- Fold in dried blueberries
- Press down into loaf tin lined with parchment paper and top with more blueberries
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Slice into 6 bars
- Drizzle with melted coconut butter & top with more lemon zest
- Refrigerate another 15 min until glaze is firm
- Enjoy!
