Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Blueberries, Fresh
  • 0.333 cup Fresh Cherries, Pitted and halved
  • 0.5 cup Strawberries, 5-6 medium size; stemmed and halved
  • 1 whole Navel Orange, Sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 1 whole Lemon, Sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 1 whole Lime, Sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 750 ml Red Wine Blend, One bottle; I used blueberry wine but red wine or red wine blends can be used
  • 2 cups Sparkling Water, Flavored sparkling water or club soda can also be used

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add fresh fruit to large pitcher.
  2. Pour bottle of blueberry wine over fruit, followed by sparkling water. Give a quick stir.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

This recipe is easily customizable. Use whatever fruit you have on hand. If you can’t find blueberry wine, any red wine blend can be used. For a less sweet option, try Pinot Noir or a Chilean red wine, such as a Tempranillo. Vegan. Gluten-free. Grain-free. Plant-based. Egg-free. Dairy-free. Nut-free. Soy-free. Sesame-free.
