Blueberry Smash Mocktail (Edit recipe)

Blueberries picked right from the bushes inspired this simple summer mocktail. The Blueberry Smash Mocktail highlights a strong citrus-meets-summer berry flavor. You can make it a cocktail by adding the spirit of your choosing (gin or vodka work beautifully, as would bourbon to make a more traditional smash). Quadruple the recipe to make a batch mocktail to serve 8 in a pitcher. It's perfect for a summer party, where everyone can choose to keep it non-alcoholic or add their own twist to their glass!
