Ingredients
- grain-free hamburger buns (click for recipe)
- cheesy eggs (click for recipe)
- Pepper Jack Cheese, to use in the cheesy eggs
- greek yogurt "honey" mustard (click for recipe)
- Deli Ham
- Deli Turkey
- easy baked bacon (click for recipe)
- Avocado
- Tomato
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- first cut open grain-free hamburger buns & toast for 1-2 minutes in a skillet.
- remove buns, then cook cheesy eggs according to my recipe.
- make a batch of greek yogurt “honey” mustard.
- to a toasted grain-free hamburger bun, add a schmear of greek yogurt “honey” mustard.
- layer on cheesy eggs → ham → turkey → bacon → avocado → tomato → other bun.
- serve with extra greek yogurt “honey” mustard for dipping + your favorite sides (fruits, veggies, sweet potato chips, etc.).
