Cacao & Coffee Nut Butter Cookies
These cookies are absolutely incredible! No gluten or refined sugar, just pure and delicious ingredients. You NEED to make these! ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Cassava Flour

- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Baking Powder

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Butter, Salted, MELTED

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Mud Season Nut Butter - Mixed Up Foods

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Sugar

- 111 Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips, "Just Date" Organic Dark Chocolate Chips

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Sprouted Walnuts - Lark Ellen Farm

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Add the melted butter, nut butter, egg, and coconut sugar to a stand mixer. Mix on medium speed until fully combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the stand mixer, with the exception of the chocolate chips and the walnuts. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and the walnuts until fully combined.
- Divide into 12 equal parts and roll into balls. Place on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 - 16 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes. Then transfer to a cooling rack.
