california club tostadas
here we are taking a fancy schmancy sandwich or wrap & making it into a crunchy, delicious tostada! these are super simple to throw together for the perfect simple, tasty lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 - 32 - 32 - 3 Corn Tortilla
- 1/4-1/3 cup1/4-1/3 cup1/4-1/3 cup guacamole (click for recipe), or mashed avocado
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Deli Ham, or deli meat of choice
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Deli Turkey, or deli meat of choice
- 1-21-21-2 easy baked bacon (click for recipe)
- Tomato, Cherry, diced
- Pepper Jack Cheese, or cheese of choice
- cobb salad + "honey" mustard dressing (click for recipe), the greek yogurt "honey" mustard from this recipe
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- place tortillas on a baking sheet.
- bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy (may flip halfway through).
- to make tostadas, add guacamole, deli meat, bacon, tomatoes, & cheese.
- place in the oven for 3-5 minutes to melt cheese.
- garnish with greens if desired & greek yogurt “honey” mustard.
