Cannoli Dip (Edit recipe)

This Cannoli Dip is one of my favorite dessert dips to make. It is the centerpiece of all my holiday parties and always pleases everyone. You won't believe how easy it is to make. All you need is 5 ingredients and 10 mins of your time. No cooking or baking required, just get some store-bought ice cream waffle cones or cannoli shells, make this dip and enjoy "cannolis" at home. I highly recommend doubling or tripling this recipe because you (and others) will surely be asking for more. P.S. This is a great dip to make when you need that Cannoli fix and can’t find/ don’t have access to a good Cannoli place.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat together the cheeses, greek yogurt, monkfruit extract and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until smooth, thick and fluffy (about 5 mins). Note: When you begin whipping, the ingredients may appear runny but if you are using full-fat/ whole milk cheeses, it should come together as you continue whipping it.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Add crushed pistachios, chocolate chips or other toppings (if desired) as a garnish or mix them in the dip.
  3. I love serving these with Cedar Valley Selections Cinnamon Sugar Pita chips as I find they perfectly replicate the Cannoli shell. Other serving suggestions -store-bought ice cream waffle cones (broken into bit sized pieces), store-bought cannoli shells, animal crackers, graham crackers, sugar cookies, vanilla wafers, fresh strawberries, etc.
