Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine the Cheetos, garden ranch seasoning, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large ziplock bag, blender, or food processor.
  3. Pulverize, blend, or blitz until a fine crumb is achieved. If using a blender or food processor pour the crumb mixture into a large ziplock bag. Set aside.
  4. Cut the chicken breasts into small 1’ bite-size pieces.
  5. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken, mayo, and hot sauce (if using) and stir until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  6. Place the chicken into the ziplock bag, seal, and shake until the chicken is fully coated.
  7. Pour out the chicken bites onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Make sure not to crowd them.
  8. Spray the top generously with non-stick baking spray and bake for approximately 16-20 minutes, turning halfway through and spraying again.
  9. Serve with a side of celery sticks and the remaining garden ranch seasoning mixed with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayo if desired. Enjoy!
  10. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  11. Air fryer option: Air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
