Chicken Bacon Ranch Jalapeno Popper Bites
I love this flavor combination and it's something I've been meaning to make for a long time. It's a great addition to any Super Bowl gathering as well.
Ingredients
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Jalapeño Pepper, cored with seeds removed
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Boneless, Skinless Pastured Chicken Thighs - US Wellness Meats, cooked and shredded or finely chopped

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Bacon Bits
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sour Cream, divided
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs, Pastured, whisked
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour - Primal Palate

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pork Panko
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Slice off tops and core out the jalapeño peppers with a spoon and set aside
- 2. In a large mixing bowl combine: shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, cream cheese and sour cream until evenly combined.
- 3. Fill each jalapeño with sour cream, bacon and chicken mixture
- 4. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and put in freezer for 1 hour
- 5. While peppers are in freezer, place eggs, Primal palate flour, and panko crumbs in separate bowls
- 6. Remove jalapeños from freezer and slice into 1/2 inch discs
- 7. Dredge each disc into: flour bowl, then egg mixture, and finally panko crumbs, taking care to be evenly coated throughout.
- 8. Working in batches, place each popper bite into air fryer and fry for 12 minutes at 375 F.
- 9. While poppers are frying, mix remaining ranch dip seasoning and sour cream in separate bowl and set aside for dipping.
- 10. Remove poppers from air fryer, and serve.
