  1. Cook rice according to package
  2. Heat oil up in a wok or big skillet over medium to medium-high heat
  3. Add onions and sprinkle salt over the top
  4. Sauté till onions start to get tender
  5. Add ground chicken and garlic
  6. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink
  7. Add mango and green beans
  8. Stir, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover for 5 mins
  9. Add sauce and coconut milk
  10. Stir and cover for 5 mins
  11. Uncover and simmer for 10 mins (if the sauce is thick after uncovering, add 1/2 a cup of water before simmering)
  12. Serve on top of basmati rice
