Chicken Shawarma Pitas

Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Shawarma Chicken Thighs - Trader Joe's
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pre-Made Tzatziki
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Hummus
- 888 Tomato, campari, thinly sliced
- 333 Pita, sliced in half
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook the chicken shawarma according to package instructions. I like to air fry it at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat the pita over an open flame for a few seconds on each side.
- Spread hummus inside the pita and stuff it with the lettuce, tomatoes, romaine, and red onion. Top it with as much tzatziki as you like!
