  1. Cook the chicken shawarma according to package instructions. I like to air fry it at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat the pita over an open flame for a few seconds on each side.
  3. Spread hummus inside the pita and stuff it with the lettuce, tomatoes, romaine, and red onion. Top it with as much tzatziki as you like!
