  1. Toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a small microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments until melted.
  3. Add the toasted almonds to the melted chocolate, tossing until all almonds are fully coated.
  4. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading the chocolate and almonds out in a thin layer. Top with flaky salt as desired.
  5. Freeze for about 20-30 minutes or until the chocolate fully hardens.
  6. Remove from the freezer and take a knife, rocking it back and forth over the chocolate to break slices off. Serve chilled and enjoy!
