Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Brown Sugar, light
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Brown Sugar, DARK
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg Yolk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Maldon Sea Salt Flakes, OPTIONAL
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 150 grams150 grams150 grams 100% Unsweetened Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start by melting 1/2 cup or 1 stick of butte.
- In a bowl add your sugar, then your warm butter.
- mix vigariously.
- Once all combined, add in your eggs, syrup, & vanilla.
- Mix until combined.
- add in All Purpose Flour + Salt.
- Mix until all the flour absorbs all that moisture.
- if you see lumps, use a whisk to help break it down.
- add in your chocolate.
- In an 8x8 lined pan, pour your badder in and smooth out.
- add more chocolate or nuts on top(optional).
- Bake at 350F for 25 mins.
- cool completely and slice into desired size.
