These Chocolate Covered Cherry Yogurt Clusters are the ultimate no-bake sweet treat! They are crunchy, light, yet so decadent you will be craving these all week long!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Fruit Riot Candy Crunch cherries, Cherry Cola flavour, 1 entire bag
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil

- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix one bag of Fruit Riot Candy Crunch cherries, Cherry Cola flavour with plain greek yogurt until evenly combined.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop the yogurt covered cherries and place on the parchment-lined tray. Freeze for about 15-20 minutes.
- Create a double boiler and melt chocolate with coconut oil on the stovetop on low heat until smooth.
- Dip the yogurt clusters in chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined tray. Place back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes to set.
- Once hardened, cut in half and enjoy!
Notes
How to store: place in the freezer in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
