Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts
Sweet, salty, crunchy! This is the best combination and an easy not to guilty sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Raw, roasted and salted

- Melt your chocolate chips and peanut butter together. (you can melt this in a microwave or a double boiler) Once melted and smooth add your macadamia nuts. You can dollop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or place in a mini muffin dish lined with cupcake liners. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let the chocolate set.
