Chocolate Date Ghosts
Cannot wait for you to try this simple + delicious Halloween treat that is sure to be a hit. You only need 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 12 whole12 whole12 whole Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips
- 24 whole24 whole24 whole Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
- 12 whole12 whole12 whole Milk Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added) - Lakanto
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start by forming pitted dates into a ghost shape and lay on a baking tray lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
- Melt white chocolate chips (mix with a little bit of coconut oil to thin out, if needed).
- Using a spoon, coat the top of dates with white chocolate.
- Place two mini chocolate chips on each date for eyes and one regular chocolate chip for mouth (all top down).
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 min.
Notes
Optional: add a lollipop stick, kids will love these chocolate date ghost pops and won’t even realize they are dates! Lollipop sticks
