Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Start by forming pitted dates into a ghost shape and lay on a baking tray lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips (mix with a little bit of coconut oil to thin out, if needed).
  3. Using a spoon, coat the top of dates with white chocolate.
  4. Place two mini chocolate chips on each date for eyes and one regular chocolate chip for mouth (all top down).
  5. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 min.

Notes

Optional: add a lollipop stick, kids will love these chocolate date ghost pops and won’t even realize they are dates! Lollipop sticks
