caramel slice overnight weetbix
this caramel slice overnight weetbix is basically dessert for breakfast.
it’s layered with weetbix, a thick date caramel, and a dark chocolate top that sets overnight.
high in fibre, a little protein, and no baking required — just 10 minutes of prep and the fridge does the rest.
easy, satisfying, and honestly… kind of addictive.
trust me, you’ll be making this one on repeat.
